How can I apply?

• Visit the ACE Hardware store and go to the customer service counter or any cashier counter to apply for an ACE Rewards membership. The membership fee is P100, which is good for 2 years.

Who can apply for ACE Rewards?

• Individuals aged 18 and above can apply for the membership.

How long does my membership last?

• Your ACE Rewards membership is valid for two (2) years. Membership must be renewed before expiration in order for members to continue enjoying the benefits of the program.

How do I earn ARC points?

• Ace Rewards Card members may earn points for Call & Collect and in-store transactions. For every Php 200 worth of purchase, the member earns 1 point.

• Visit any cashier or Customer Service Counter of ACE Hardware.

Will my ARC points expire?

• Yes. All unused ARC points expire 90 days after the expiration of the membership. All unredeemed points will then be automatically forfeited.

How can I redeem my points?

• ARC points, like cash, can be used to pay for your purchases at any ACE Hardware store. One point is equivalent to P1.00. A minimum balance of 20 points is needed to start redeeming rewards.

How can I update my personal membership information?

• Visit the store and submit the membership form with complete and updated customer information.

How do I renew my Ace Rewards Membership?

• To renew your membership, proceed to the customer service counter or any cashier of ACE Hardware, present your old ARC, fill out the renewal form and pay the renewal fee of P100 or any other tender.

When should I renew my ACE Rewards Card?

• You can renew your membership as early as three (3) months before your card’s expiration date. All unused points will be carried over to your new card if you renew not later than three (3) months from ARC's expiration date. Otherwise, all unused points will be forfeited.
